Who is The Runner Buddie?
Let me introduce myself: My name is Daniel and I started running in 2012 after being inspired by the London Summer Olympics. Like most people, I had run a few times in my life, but only sporadically (such as whenever I was forced to in PE class).
While watching the Olympics, I liked what I saw on the television and decided to give running a go – not knowing that that decision would impact my life in so many profound ways.
The Runner Buddie is all about inspiring, teaching and supporting runners to get leaner, stronger and faster than ever before. No matter your age, size and experience level, I believe we were all born natural runners and have the ability to reach our fitness potential.
I lost 70+ pounds from running and discovered why millions of people around the world are addicted to this incredible sport. Since losing weight, I’ve gone on to win a handful of 5Ks and 10Ks and place in my age category in half marathons.
